Executive board

Emerg'in's Executive Board is the main board for the governance of the infrastructure. It defines the strategy and coordinates interactions with the Governing bodies council, the Scientific Advisory Board and the Stakeholder Forum. It ensures the progress of the various workpackages and validates the dissemination of information.

Tasks of the executive board

• Interact with the governing bodies council, the scientific advisory board, the stakeholder forum, and the European network VetBioNet.
• Respond to calls for tender.
• Prioritize requests for service, optimization or infrastructure equipment.
• Follow up on the different workpackages.
• Prepare an emergency prioritization plan for EMERG’IN infrastructure in case of emergence (in connection with the Scientific Council).
• Validate the scientific and communication strategy, the harmonization of information dissemination procedures, the calculation of experimental costs and the economic viability of the infrastructure, evaluate the requests from new platform willing to integrate EMERG’IN.
• Organize reflection on the sustainability of the network.
